Vote 'YES' to Retain Katie Oliver
on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025
What is retention?
Court of Common Pleas judges are elected for ten-year terms in Pennsylvania. At the end of that term, judges can seek another term through a retention election where voters decide whether to retain the judge for another term. The retention process is non-partisan and is intended to be politically neutral. It is designed to protect the independence of the judiciary while holding judges accountable by ensuring they are performing the work of the office.
